Coronel-Endaya Foundation is a 501(c)(3) Non-Profit Corporation registered under the California Secretary of State with Entity Number C4623747 and the State of California Department of Justice, Attorney General's Registry of Charitable Trusts (State Charity Number CT0272630). It is tax-exempt under the State of California Franchise Tax Board as well as federally tax-exempt under the United States of America Internal Revenue Service with Employer Identification Number (EIN) 85-2466613.

We collect the following personal information from you when you manually or electronically submit to us your contact details for donation or application to one of our programs: Full name, Address, Email, Contact Numbers.

USING PERSONAL INFORMATION

We use the collected personal information you provide us to send you announcements, news, and updates from the Coronel-Endaya Foundation. If you correspond to us by email, we may retain your email-address, the content of your e-mail and our responses. We also use this data to monitor our website activity. We do not share or sell your personal information with any third parties.

SECURITY

Only authorized Coronel-Endaya Foundation personnel has access to this personal information and will be in our secured servers. Your personal information will be destroyed after ten years from the date we received it. Physical records shall be disposed of through shredding, while digital files shall be erased or made anonymous.
