Clothing Donation, Cagayan de Oro City, PH

CORONEL-ENDAYA FOUNDATION

Over 100,000 girls aged 12-17 are victims of child sex-trafficking and/or sexual exploitation in the Philippines every single year. The country has one of the highest rates amongst girls who live in poverty. Many girls do not have access to education or even clothes. The Coronel-Endaya Foundation recognizes the enormous challenges these face, and in March 2021, donated three large balikbayan boxes to the home care of twenty-one (21) in-need abused young women (<18 years old) in the Cagayan de Oro City, Philippines. The boxes were received late May 2021 and distributed early June 2021.

Special thanks to our in-kind donors: Mrs. Marisa Coronel, Ms. Mia-Kyla Coronel, Dr. Maria-Kassandra Coronel, Mrs. Magdalena Hannian, Mrs. Anna Kutscherenko.
